This is a great example of what we spend out time on for those of us who use an iPhone. I never knew that there were over 85,000 iPhone App Developers. I am glad that 37% of the apps are for free as I think 99% of the apps I use are free. I do play on Angry Birds quite often. I play with it when I have to go on trips. It is quite unique that after the App store launched there were only 500 Apps and five months later there were over 10,000 Apps.
In 2010 there was 6.8 Billion in revenue off of Apps made in the world. There is some serious money to be made in App Development in 2011 and 2012.
